Is there a conspiracy to split the anti-Starmer vote?

Is Labour working with some local candidates to split the anti-Labour vote?
Ammar Anwar stood down in Batley & Dewsbury so as to avoid splitting the vote and has questions about the authenticity of some candidates, while Wais Islam looks set to split the unseat Starmer vote in Holborn & St Pancras (where Andrew Feinstein has the backing of several national and local groups).
