The Socialist Health Association, Keep Our NHS Public and the People’s Assembly are regarded as leading campaigners for the NHS. But they are all failing to call out Keir Starmer’s plans to outsource the NHS to private healthcare companies.
Following Dr Bob Gill’s criticism of them, they have now decided not to speak on the same platform as him – even though Dr Gill had dedicated over a decade to campaigning for a publicly funded and publicly provided NHS.
Why are these groups no platforming him?
